At Bagza, we take pride in offering high-quality handbags designed for everyday style and functionality. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we provide a clear and transparent return process.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • All tags and accessories must be intact
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

3. Return Shipping Costs

To ensure transparency, return shipping costs are handled as follows:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: if you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, Bagza will cover the return shipping cost. We will email you a prepaid return label, which you must download and print to attach to your return package. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement or full refund will be offered at no extra cost.
  • Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):If you ordered the wrong item or simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Restocking Fees

We value our customers. Therefore, Bagza does NOT charge any restocking fee on returns.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

 with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
If the item is damaged, please attach clear photos.

Step 2: Receive Instructions

Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions within 24 hours.

Step 3: Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the return address provided by our support team.

 6. Refunds & Processing Time

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approval: If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal or Venmo).
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
  • Currency: All refunds are processed in US Dollars ($).

7. Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.
  • Cancellations: If you change your mind, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Final sale items (if marked at purchase).

Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
